The first wedding of the year always holds a special place in my heart, cheesy but true. It's the beginning of a new year, another wedding season for me, and I am so ready to photograph one again! This wedding was back in March at one of my new favorites Pine Knoll Farms! You may be wondering why I am FINALLY blogging it in July lol. Well blogging just always falls to the end of my work priority list! I'd rather be delivering galleries more quickly to my clients, answering emails from current and prospective clients, and actually using my camera and shooting! So when weddings slow down for a minute is when I catch up here :) And being a SAHM of a baby & toddler affects my blogging schedule too! <3

I've had a few clients in the past who are long distance brides planning their weddings from a few states away! Prairie was one of them, and so we met on her wedding day! She is such a warm and laid back girl, and so is her husband! AKA they made my job really easy the whole day. One of my favorite parts of their wedding was their sweet dog/ring bearer, keep scrolling to see the adorable photo! Another part I really loved was the open air church, which still gives you the church venue with beautiful natural light pouring in! Looking back my only regret is that I didn't try that sprinkle cake! Enjoy y'all! And thanks as always to everyone who made this possible!
