Athens Georgia Wedding Photographer | Thompson House and Gardens | Chloe Giancola Photography | Athens Wedding
Meganne and Chad were such a blessing to be able to photograph. I can't decide what was my favorite part of the day! Meganne's bridesmaids chose their own green dresses which created a beautiful ombre effect completed with bouquets with pops of color. This wedding included not one, but two absolutely precious first looks. First Meganne's dad saw her on the front porch, and after Chad and Meganne shared their first look. It's no secret I'm a fan a first looks, not just for the obvious reason of getting more photos done before the ceremony and heading the reception faster. It makes me smile every time I capture those sweet, intimate moments between a bride and groom with no one else around. They are always some of my absolute favorites! For Meganne and Chad's wedding day, the bride and groom chose their home church for the ceremony, and headed back to the Thompson House for the huge celebration. The reception was filled with fun details personalized to the couple, a DIY photo booth, and as favors were coffee mugs for guests to take home! As a huge coffee fan, I loved this unique idea, and Meganne and Chad even hand stamped each tag on the mugs! The night finished with lots of dancing, laughing, and a stunning sparkler exit surrounded by their family and friends. Thanks Meganne and Chad again for inviting me to capture this day for you!
